Initial enquiry
- We were approached by the Resource Officer in August 2006 to assist in supporting a High Street branch with an urgent assignment. The branch was in an area that was traditionally difficult to uncover quality candidates and they had taken two resignations that week.
Action
- A Senior Consultant contacted the Branch Manager and took a full job order including competitor information.
- Conducted a full search and located candidates
- Fully screened the candidates and submitted a shortlist of 4 to the Branch Manager
- Coordinated an interview day where the screened and fully referenced candidates were assessed.
Results
- Both vacancies were successfully filled by our candidates who are still with the company and performing well.
