This search option can be used at all levels, and is particularly beneficial when a critical vacancy must be filled in a short period of time. A dedicated project team will be assigned exclusively to your search until successful completion. Candidates are short listed by this search and then interviewed before finally presented to you, along with a detailed interview report. This search option gives the client the opportunity to spread their cost of the assignment whilst guaranteeing their needs are dealt with discretely and as a priority.
Contingency Search
This search option is also used at all levels, and maybe used for both a single vacancy, or where there is an on going requirement for the same candidate profile. We advise that this search option also be exclusive to Aaron Clark Executive Search for an agreed period of time. Candidates short-listed by this search will also be presented exclusively to you after a telephone assessment.
