Our dedicated Education Consultants make every effort to listen and understand yours school's individual needs. They will meet with you personally and regularly to get to know your school and ensure that they are providing exactly the type of staff and support you require.
We will save you the time and trouble of recruiting by offering you quality education Supply Staff for all of your day-to-day needs to long-term cover and Permanent posts.
We understand how important it is to ensure candidates are safe to work in your Nurseries, Schools and Colleges. That is why we make every effort to set standards by fully vetting our Candidates.
All Teaching and Supply Staff will be interviewed face-to-face by the same trained Consultant and will only be allowed to attend a school when we have;
- Received a satisfactory Enhanced CRB Check
- Completed a satisfactory List 99 Check
- Seen original proof of identity documents
- A satisfactory Medical History Form
- Verified the Candidate's qualifications
- Obtained Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Seen a valid Visa /work permit (if applicable)
For additional security, all of our candidates will arrive at at each assignment with a tamper proof photograph ID card. You will also receive a confirmation form before the candidate arrives. The form will include the Candidate's photograph and their vetting details such as their current, Enhanced CRB Number and their Teachers reference number.
